Major Duties & Responsibility 主要工作职责和义务
1. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan. 依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动。
2. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget. 积极地参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献。
3. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for different channels and Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts. 紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与不同渠道及公司商务、散客、会务相关的生意。
4. Maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible. 无论何时,最大化增加销售额。
5. Assists the DOS in the forecasting of rooms’ revenue and ADR for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. / LSG (Long Staying Guests) groups. 协助销售总监预测未来房间的收入和公司/散客/会议/长住客/的平均房价。
6. Attends major online platforms/we-media/travel agencies/individual FIT / corporate and M.I.C.E, as well as long stay rentals and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel. 参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店产品销售(房间、宴会、服务及其他设施)。
7. Make a sales plan, under the direct approval director of Sales to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to the Director of Sales on potential markets needing coverage. 在销售总监的直接批准下对主要市场的地区制定销售拜访计划,对一些特别地区的市场进行电话销售,向销售总监汇报潜在市场客户的需求范围。
8. Get to know all the information of competitors, such as channel information, selling rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to DOS regularly. 了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括渠道信息、公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向销售总监汇报。
9. Work together and close communication with operating teams to keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation. 与运营部紧密沟通并协同工作,通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
10. To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizers and VIP guests upon check-in. 在主要客户、团队负责人及贵宾到店时欢迎其光临或入住酒店。
11. Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for walk in, meeting group and contracted clients and plan next step for future follow. 负责散客、团队以及协议客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
12. Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications. 通过销售拜访、电话销售、传真、通信等方式为酒店主要市场保持一个高水准的位置。
13. To negotiate with accounts on banquet, outside catering events and coordinate with the Events Department and follow-up revisions. 与客户洽谈所有相关宴会、会议、户外活动等,并签订协议。与宴会销售人员配合跟进具体在店活动。
14. Developments increased room nights as well as other revenue. 开拓及增加住房产量,并同时增加其他收入。
15. Maintains close communication with the operation Team in the negotiation process of their accounts. 在与客户沟通及谈判过程中,保持与相关运营部门人员的及时沟通。

Education 学历
1.College degree or above, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学(大专或大专以上)学历,良好的中英文读写能力。
Experience 经验
Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少1至2年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
Additional Skills Required其他技能要求
1. Familiar with markets and good at marketing trend analysis. 了解客户的情况并具有较强的市场分析能力。
2. Good skills of organization and presentation. 良好组织及展示技巧。
