一、任职要求
1. 年龄18-35岁；
2. 对工作认真踏实，工作态度端正，能吃苦耐劳；
3. 掌握餐厅收银软件的操作，在规定时间内为宾客结完帐；
4. 保管好账单、发票，并按规定使用、登记；
5. 热爱本职工作，有较强的责任感，能与他人进行协作。
二、工作职责与内容
1. 所有要收费的账单或凭证送达前厅收银处时，核对宾客资料，进行入账工作；
2. 根据付款方式的指示，宾客收取现金、支票、信用卡等或进行挂账；
3. 为宾客提供每天的外币兑换服务；
4. 把所有的账单和凭证分类及用计算器打印带纸带订在账单上，总数和电脑上的金额相同；
5. 根据酒店规定，上交所有现金收入及把其它账单、信用卡及挂账等账页交主管保存，由其审核；
6. 为宾客提供简便、快捷的收款结算服务。
