一、任职要求
1. 年龄20-55岁；
2. 高中及以上学历；
3. 有高星级酒店同岗位实习或工作经验优先；
4. 具有积极的工作态度，开朗外向的性格；
5. 有一定的领导组织能力及培训技巧。
二、工作职责与内容
1. 注意观察宾客的用餐情况，对特殊情况及时处理，提高宾客满意率；及时处理客人投诉，并加以妥善地解决；
2. 定期检查，清点餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品，将结果汇报给负责人；
3. 开餐前检查餐厅摆台，清洁卫生，餐厅用具供应及设备设施的完好情况；
4. 开餐期间督导服务员的工作，发挥带头作用，做好现场培训。
