一、任职要求
1. 年龄18-35岁；
2. 中专以上学历；
3. 性格开朗、爱笑、工作踏实，有沟通能力、服务意识、推销意识；
4. 良好的形象气质，身体健康，能适应倒班工作；
5. 酒店工作经验优先。
二、工作职责与内容
1. 查看交班记录，了解上一班的移交事项，并负责处理；
2. 熟练总台各项专业业务和技能，做好对客服务；
3. 熟练掌握店内信息，提供准确的问讯服务；
4. 负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续；
5. 制作有关报表，为其它部门提供准确的接待信息。
