【岗位职责】
1、负责蒸制各种色点、花卷、饺类、糕品及各种半制成品,能够制作各种水果、花饼及薄饼,同时需兼备切配能力。
2、早茶市供应的蒸制品种、糯米糕的包制,按要求、比例配制食品,控制食品成本。
3、及时向点心部大厨汇报本部的食品储存量,协助点心部大厨制订食品采购计划。
4、严格执行食品卫生法规,把好食品卫生质量关,搞好本区域的卫生,要求工具清洁,摆放整齐。
5、当日所剩点心制品按要求放入冰箱或指定地点,切勿生熟不分。
