【岗位职责】
1、负责餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作；
2、按照服务标准为客人提供优质的餐饮服务，确保客人用餐体验；
3、熟悉菜单内容，能够为客人推荐菜品并解答相关疑问；
4、保持餐厅环境整洁，确保餐具、桌椅等设施摆放有序；
5、协助处理客人投诉及突发情况，及时反馈至上级；
6、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力，态度热情、耐心细致；
2、能够适应倒班工作制，包括早晚班及节假日排班；
3、身体健康，无传染性疾病，符合餐饮行业健康要求；
4、具备团队合作精神，能够与同事高效配合；
5、有餐饮服务经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训。
