【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常直播内容的策划与执行，包括但不限于酒店环境展示、服务特色介绍、促销活动推广等
2、与观众互动，解答关于酒店设施、服务、预订等相关问题，引导潜在客户完成转化
3、配合运营团队完成直播数据复盘，优化直播内容和形式
4、维护直播设备，确保直播画面和音质清晰稳定
【岗位要求】
1、形象气质佳，普通话标准，具备良好的语言表达能力和镜头表现力
2、对直播行业有热情，学习能力强，能够快速掌握酒店产品知识
3、具备较强的应变能力和互动技巧，能够活跃直播间氛围
4、有直播经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训
