Job Responsibilities
岗位职责
 
1. Take full charge of the daily operation and management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, implementation of service standards and quality control.
全面负责餐厅日常运营管理工作，包括人员排班、服务标准执行及质量控制；
2. Formulate and optimize restaurant service processes and management systems to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
制定并优化餐厅服务流程及管理制度，提升运营效率与客户满意度；
3. Supervise food safety, hygiene and facility maintenance to ensure compliance with industry regulations and hotel standards.
监督食品安全、卫生及设施维护，确保符合行业规范及酒店标准；
4. Be responsible for restaurant cost control, including food procurement, inventory management and loss analysis, to meet business targets.
负责餐厅成本管控，包括食材采购、库存管理及损耗分析，达成经营指标；
5. Train and assess employees' service skills to build an efficient and professional service team.
培训并考核员工服务技能，打造高效专业的服务团队；
6. Handle customer complaints and emergencies to maintain the hotel's brand image.
处理客户投诉及突发事件，维护酒店品牌形象；
7. Plan and implement seasonal themed activities or promotion plans to increase restaurant revenue.
策划并执行季节性主题活动或促销方案，提升餐厅营收。

 
Job Requirements
岗位要求
 
1. More than 3 years of management experience in the catering industry; priority will be given to candidates with work experience in high-end hotels or characteristic restaurants.
3年以上餐饮行业管理经验，有高端酒店或特色餐厅工作经验者优先；
2. Familiar with the entire process of restaurant operation, including service standards, cost control and food safety regulations.
熟悉餐厅运营全流程，包括服务标准、成本控制及食品安全法规；
3. Possess strong team management ability, and be able to effectively motivate employees and coordinate cross-departmental cooperation.
具备较强的团队管理能力，能有效激励员工并协调跨部门合作；
4. Have keen market insight and be able to adjust business strategies according to customer needs.
敏锐的市场洞察力，能根据客户需求调整经营策略；
5. Strong pressure resistance, and good at handling emergencies and maintaining customer relationships.
抗压能力强，善于处理突发问题及客户关系维护；
6. 对云南大理本地餐饮文化或特色菜品有经验者优先
