【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店各类宣传物料的设计与制作；
2、根据酒店品牌调性，制定并维护视觉设计规范，确保所有设计作品风格统一且符合品牌形象；
3、配合市场部完成线上线下推广活动的创意设计；
4、与印刷厂、广告公司等外部供应商对接，确保设计成品质量达标并按时交付；
5、定期收集行业设计趋势，提出创新设计方案，提升酒店视觉竞争力；
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的美术功底和出色的审美能力，熟练使用Photoshop等设计软件；
2、熟悉印刷工艺及物料制作流程；
3、对酒店行业视觉设计有深刻理解，能精准捕捉品牌调性与受众需求；
4、具备较强的创意策划能力，能结合营销目标提出有效设计方案；
5、良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能高效对接跨部门需求。
