【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店西点厨房的日常运营管理，包括西点产品的研发、制作及出品质量控制；
2、根据酒店需求及季节变化，设计并更新西点菜单，确保产品多样性与创新性；
3、监督西点制作流程，确保食品安全、卫生标准及操作规范符合酒店及行业要求；
4、管理西点厨房的原材料采购、库存及成本控制，优化资源使用效率；
5、协调与其他厨房部门及前厅的沟通，确保西点出品与酒店整体服务标准一致；
6、定期检查设备维护情况，确保西点厨房设备正常运行。
【岗位要求】
1、具备扎实的西点制作技能，熟悉各类西点、面包、巧克力及糖艺的制作工艺；
2、有较强的创新能力，能够独立设计并开发符合市场需求的高品质西点产品；
3、了解食品安全与卫生管理规范，持有相关健康证明；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够适应高强度工作环境；
5、有酒店或高端餐饮行业西点工作经验者优先。
