1、更新改造计划且督促执行，保证酒店设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。
2、负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
3、根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划。
4、负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。
5、分析工程项目报价单，对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收。
6、遵守和执行政府的法令、法规和安全规定。遵守酒店员工手册及酒店酒店的规章制度。
7、执行饭店的规章制度。保障酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。
8、协助制定酒店安全保卫制度、防火制度，协助酒店各个部门的安全管理。
9、监督检查各项安全制度执行情况，保证安全制度的贯彻和落实。
10、织对酒店各个部位的安全检查和日常巡视、巡逻。
11、管理层提出并排除事故隐患或火灾隐患。
12定火灾紧急突发事件处置预案，并组织人员演练。
13对火灾、爆炸等突发事件的现场指挥和抢救。
14保在规定的时限内完成工作。
15以积极的态度与酒店各部门及员工建立和谐的关系，提高团队协作。
