【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店宾客的接送服务，确保准时、安全地将宾客送达指定地点
2、维护车辆清洁及基本保养，保持车辆处于良好运营状态
3、协助宾客装卸行李，提供礼貌专业的迎送服务
4、熟悉本地交通路线及景点信息，能为宾客提供基础出行建议
5、遵守交通法规及酒店安全驾驶规范，做好行车记录
6、处理突发交通状况，及时上报异常情况
7、配合前台完成宾客用车需求的调度协调工作
【岗位要求】
1、持有效C1及以上驾驶证，3年以上实际驾驶经验
2、熟悉普洱市区及周边道路状况，了解当地旅游景点分布
3、无重大交通事故记录，无危险驾驶扣分记录
4、具备基础车辆故障判断能力及简单维修知识
5、仪表整洁，普通话流利，具备基础英语交流能力者优先
6、能适应弹性工作时间，包括早晚班及节假日排班
7、服务意识强，耐心细致，具备处理突发情况的应变能力
