【岗位职责】
1、负责宴会厅日常运营管理，包括活动策划、场地布置、设备调试及服务流程监督；
2、协调宴会厅与其他部门（如餐饮、客房、工程等）的工作对接，确保活动顺利执行；
3、制定宴会服务标准并监督执行，提升客户满意度及服务质量；
4、管理宴会厅服务团队，包括排班、培训、绩效考核及日常督导；
5、处理客户投诉及突发事件，确保问题及时解决并反馈改进措施；
6、控制宴会厅运营成本，合理调配物资及人力资源；
7、定期检查宴会厅设施设备，确保其处于良好状态，并提报维修或更新需求。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店、餐饮或宴会服务相关工作经验者优先，优秀应届生亦可考虑；
2、熟悉宴会服务流程及标准，具备一定的活动策划与执行能力；
3、良好的沟通协调能力，能高效对接客户需求及内部团队协作；
4、具备团队管理经验，擅长人员培训与现场督导；
5、抗压能力强，能适应弹性工作时间及高强度工作节奏；
6、注重细节，服务意识强，具备解决突发问题的应变能力；
7、无学历及年龄限制，欢迎对酒店服务业有热情者加入。
