【岗位职责】
1、负责制定并执行酒店数字营销策略，提升品牌在线曝光度和市场影响力
2、管理酒店官网、社交媒体平台（微信、微博、小红书等）及OTA渠道的内容更新与运营
3、策划并执行线上营销活动，包括促销活动、节日营销、会员活动等，提升转化率
4、分析市场数据及用户行为，优化营销策略，提高ROI
5、协调内外部资源，与设计、销售、运营团队合作，确保营销活动顺利实施
6、监测行业趋势和竞争对手动态，及时调整营销策略以保持竞争优势
【岗位要求】
1、熟悉数字营销工具和平台，具备社交媒体运营及内容策划能力
2、具备数据分析能力，能通过数据优化营销策略
3、思维活跃，创意丰富，能独立策划并执行营销活动
