职位描述
全面负责酒店IT系统运营管理酒店内部网络、服务器、硬件设备及软件系统（Opera PMS、MICROS POS等），确保7×24小时稳定运行。
主导新系统部署、升级及维护，优化IT工作流程及故障响应机制。
支持酒店筹开关键任务（重点） 具备雅高筹开经验者优先：熟悉雅高酒店IT系统初始化流程（包括系统安装、配置、弱电工程协调、开业前系统压力测试等）。
协同工程部、供应商完成开业前IT基础设施搭建，确保符合雅高集团标准。
安全与合规管理执行雅高集团信息安全政策，保障数据安全及系统合规（PCI-DSS/GDPR）。
定期备份关键数据，制定灾难恢复计划。
团队协作与培训为各部门提供IT技术支持，培训员工使用酒店管理系统及办公软件。
管理外部供应商，控制IT采购预算。
任职要求
必备条件：本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术相关专业；
5年以上酒店IT管理经验，熟悉Opera PMS、MICROS POS等酒店专用系统 ；
精通网络架构（VLAN/WLAN）、服务器维护及网络安全防护；
优秀的故障诊断能力及抗压能力。
优先条件：拥有雅高集团（Accor）旗下酒店筹开或系统迁移项目经验 ；
持有ITIL、Cisco或微软认证者优先。
语言：流利中英文沟通能力（需对接集团国际团队）。

Responsibilities
IT Systems ManagementMaintain 24/7 operations of hotel IT infrastructure (Network, Servers, Opera PMS, MICROS POS, etc.).
Lead system upgrades, deployments, and proactive troubleshooting.
Pre-opening Critical Support（Key Requirement） Prior Accor pre-opening experience is a strong advantage :Familiar with Accor IT system initialization (installation, configuration, low-voltage coordination, stress testing).
Coordinate with vendors & engineering team to deliver IT infrastructure per Accor standards.
Security & ComplianceImplement Accor IT security policies (PCI-DSS/GDPR) and ensure data integrity.
Manage backups and disaster recovery plans.
Stakeholder CollaborationProvide end-user training for hotel systems (PMS, POS, Office Suite).
Manage IT vendors and control procurement budgets.
Qualifications
Mandatory:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
5+ years IT management experience in hotels, expertise in Opera PMS & MICROS POS ;
Proficient in network administration (VLAN/WLAN), server maintenance, cybersecurity;
Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
