核心职责：
全面负责酒店设施设备的运行、维护及节能管理（暖通、强弱电、给排水、消防、电梯等）。
制定并执行预防性维护计划，确保设施符合品牌标准及安全法规（如消防、特种设备年检）。
统筹重大维修、改造项目，控制工程预算与采购成本。
领导工程团队（技工/外包人员），优化工作流程，提升响应效率。
主导酒店能源管理，推行绿色节能措施，降低运营成本。
处理突发设施故障，制定应急预案，保障酒店安全运营。
任职要求：
大专及以上学历，机电/工程类相关专业优先。
5年以上高星级酒店工程管理经验 ，熟悉酒店各系统运维标准。
精通强弱电、暖通、消防等系统，持有电工/制冷等职业资格证书。
出色的团队领导力、成本管控能力及抗压能力。
熟练使用工程管理软件（如：BMS, PMS）及办公软件
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of hotel engineering department (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, etc.).
Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
Manage CAPEX projects, renovation works, and control departmental budgets.
Lead engineering team (technicians/contractors) to optimize workflow and service response.
Drive energy conservation initiatives and sustainability practices to reduce operational costs.
Respond to emergency situations, develop contingency plans to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facility Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ engineering management experience in international hotel brands.
Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems; relevant certifications preferred.
Proven leadership, budget control and problem-solving skills under pressure.
Proficient in engineering software (BMS, CMMS) and MS Office.
