【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店厨房、餐厅及公共区域的餐具、器皿的清洗、消毒及整理工作，确保符合卫生标准；
2、定期检查并维护洗碗机、消毒柜等设备，确保其正常运行，发现问题及时报修；
3、协助厨房进行食材的初步处理及清洁工作，保持工作区域整洁有序；
4、按照酒店规定分类存放餐具及清洁用品，确保物品摆放规范、易于取用；
5、配合其他部门完成临时性清洁任务，确保酒店整体卫生环境达标；
6、遵守酒店安全操作规程，正确使用清洁剂及消毒用品，避免安全事故发生。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，能适应长时间站立工作及体力劳动；
2、具备基本的清洁及消毒知识，有相关工作经验者优先；
3、工作细致认真，责任心强，能高效完成重复性任务；
4、具备团队合作意识，服从工作安排，适应轮班制度；
5、无不良嗜好，注重个人卫生，符合酒店行业健康标准。
