Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Be able to establish a good image of the hotel and establish good relationships with the public (suppliers, customers and social media).
2. Write, edit and review hotel promotional materials
3. Establish good relations with the media, collect information, extract important news and do brand promotion
4. Prepare public relations activity plans according to hotel sales and marketing plans, formulate annual, quarterly and monthly public relations and media publicity plans for hotels, and carry out various marketing communication action of the hotel
5. Provide public relations services for hotel guests or news media on demand.
6. Regularly organize media and business celebrities to visit the hotel and carry out corresponding theme promotion on various social media to ensure that each promotion contributes to the good reputation of the hotel.
7. Ensure that all propaganda materials and printings of the hotel and the content of the main pages of each online channel fully reach the Group's standards.
8. Be able to take photos and write articles for the hotel according to the group's standards.
9. Hotel brand image design and promotion, maintain hotel public relations, and respond to news and media inquiries on behalf of the hotel.
10. Regularly organize internal and external public relations activities, such as monthly themed activities within and out of the hotel.
11. Good appearance and temperament, good at communication ; Know how to operate Xiaohongshu, Ticktock, WeChat public account, and video account.
12. Collect market and competitors information and report to the marketing and sales director.
13.The planning and recording of hotel promotion activities. video editing, copy writing, shooting and post-editing production, and publishing on all channels. Responsible for the promotion and operation of third-party media such as hotel WeChat account, video account,Ticktock, Kuaishou etc , content editing, updating, planning and back stage follow up.
14. Fully understand and master the information of facilities and equipment, service, product features, hotel management policy and sales strategy; Master the professional knowledge of propaganda, advertising, etc. and be familiar with marketing and promotion ; Have a wide range of communication skills.

5. 为酒店住客或新闻媒介按需提供公关服务
6. 定期组织新闻界和商界名士参观酒店并在各社交媒体渠道进行相应的主题宣传推广，确保每次宣传都助于酒店的良好声誉。
7. 确保酒店所有宣传品及各网络渠道平台展示页面内容完全符合集团标准。
8. 能按集团标准为酒店拍照撰写文案事宜。
9. 酒店品牌形象设计和推广，维护酒店公共关系，代表酒店回应新闻、媒体的咨询。
10. 定期组织店内外公关活动，例如部门内或店内月度主题活动。
11. 性格活泼开朗，形象气质良好，善于沟通交际；懂得良好运营小红书，抖音，微信公众号、视频号。
12. 收集市场和竞争对手信息，向市场销售总监汇报。
13. 参与酒店推广活动的策划，录制。完成原创视频脚本，文案，拍摄及后期剪辑制作，发布工作。负责酒店微信公众号，视频号，抖音，快手等等第三方媒体平台的推广与运营，内容的发布，更新，规划与维护。
14. 全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等信息；掌握新闻、广告、宣传等专业知识，熟悉营销和推广业务；具有广泛的社交活动能力。
