Job Description:

1. The Bar Manager reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and oversees the Beverage Department/Lobby Bar Supervisor and all beverage staff.
2. The Bar Manager is responsible for the overall planning, operation, and management of dining service.
3. The primary work areas of the Bar Manager include the Executive Lounge Bar and various service bars at outlet.
4. Operations of Bar.
5. Develop business strategies, budget proposals, and operational plans for the Beverage Department.
6. Analyze overall management performance and regularly participate in business review meetings.
7. Conduct market research for the hotel, collect and analyze competitor data, and assist in formulating the hotel’s market and target plans.
8. Implement the hotel’s financial policies, draft beverage menus and promotions, and provide input on pricing.
9. Maximize beverage sales while maintaining high standards of service.
10. Service supervision.
11. Ensure staff are familiar with the hotel’s guest service standards and procedures; supervise and inspect the service quality and daily tasks of bar tender.
12. Assist superiors in developing new service concepts and standards to enhance the hotel’s competitiveness based on market changes.
13. Oversee cleanliness and hygiene in areas under the Beverage Department’s jurisdiction.
14. Schedule regular operational inspections for all sections of the Beverage Department.
15. Actively engage with customers, gather feedback, and analyze suggestions to formulate feasible improvement plans.
16. Personally participate in or lead the serive of VIP guests.
17. Develop new products, elevate service quality standards, and enhance staff service awareness.
18. Take appropriate actions to resolve guest complaints and feedback.
19. Maintain and follow up on guest history record of Bar.
20. Obbay Financial Management policy and requirements.
21.Complete the annual and monthly budget.
22.Training staff .
