【岗位职责】
1、制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度；
2、协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析；
3、负责新员工的入职培训工作。外请人员来店培训的服务工作；
4、负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训；
5、收取各部门季度、月度培训计划、初审工作；
6、协助上级培训各部门业务培训负责人培训技巧和知识；
7、编辑最新酒店业管理和信息资料,向各部门和全体员工推荐公布。
【岗位要求】
1. 优秀的展示及沟能技巧；
2. 出色的组织技巧；
3. 英文熟练；
4. 优秀的书面及口语翻译技巧；
5. 了解不同培训体系，至少1年相关培训经验。
