【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店所有工程系统的日常维护、检修及管理工作，确保设施设备正常运行；
2、制定并执行预防性维护计划，降低设备故障率；
3、统筹管理工程部团队，包括人员调配、培训及绩效考核；
4、监督节能降耗措施的实施，优化能源使用效率；
5、处理突发性设备故障，组织应急抢修并制定改进方案；
6、审核工程改造项目方案，监督施工质量与进度；
7、建立完善的设备档案和维护记录系统。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店或大型商业综合体工程管理经验；
2、熟悉暖通、给排水、强电弱电等酒店核心系统；
3、持有相关职业资格证书（如注册建造师、工程师职称等优先）；
4、出色的团队管理能力和跨部门协调能力；
5、具备较强的应急处理能力和风险评估意识；
6、希尔顿工作经验或国际连号酒店相关工作经验；
7、优秀的成本控制意识和数据分析能力。
