Responsibilities	

 - Co-ordinate with Rong Zhai Property Manager and Prada Café General Manager on all aspects of building management at Rong Zhai, typically focusing on building maintenance & protection during daily operation & retail event;
 - Monitors performance and evaluates standards of building services such as maintenance, cleaning, security and landscaping in Rong Zhai & Café;
 - Formulates and implements daily or special maintenance procedures, regular reviews and upgrades such procedures;
 - Liaises with various contractors for maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping services and etc;
 - Preparing the Rong Zhai & Cafe yearly budget of maintenance, cleaning & furniture, monthly analysis to control the actual cost;

Requirements	

 - Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
 - Good negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
 - Experienced working with restaurant would be an advantage.
