1.引领和激励酒吧团队为客人提供能体现出Armani标准的出色服务
Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service thatreflects Armani’s standards.
2.有效管理酒吧日常运营,确保环节流畅及服务精准
Manage the day-to-day baroperations efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
3.有效处理客人的反馈和投诉意见,确保客人满意度
Handle customer inquiries,feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4.确保完成所有收入目标和预算
Ensure all financial targets and budgets for the bar are met.
5.协调供应商及合作商,确保按时提供所需货物,维持货品库存充足
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of barsupplies, maintaining adequate stock levels.
6.确保提供高标准高质量的服务
Maintain the higheststandards of service, presentation, and quality at the bar.
7.为酒吧员工营造积极和富有成效的工作环境
Foster a positive and productive environment among the bar staff.
8.制定并实施员工饮品及服务培训计划
Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance staff knowledge of beverages and service.
9.管控及提高酒吧运营效率,维持良好的服务衔接性
Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the bar to maintain aseamless service experience.
10.洞察行业趋势并进行最佳实践
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in thebar’s operations.
11.每日向餐饮部经理汇报收入情况和运营问题
Report daily to the F&B Manager on business performance, inventorylevels, and any operational issues.
岗位要求:
1.有调酒经验或持有相关证书优先考虑
Relevantcertifications in hospitality, bartending, or mixology are preferred.
2.至少有2-4年高端酒吧管理经验Minimum of 2-4 years ofexperience in a bar management role within a high-end or luxury establishment.
3.有在北京或国内工作经验者优先,有从事过米其林星级餐厅经验
Preferably with previousexperience in Beijing or China, and experience in a Michelin-starred or finedining environment is a plus.
4.具有较强的领导和团队管理能力,及指导和激励酒吧团队的能力
Strong leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to train and motivate bar staff.
5.优秀的对客服务和沟通技巧,对餐厅运营有专业性的理解,包括前区和后区
Excellent customer serviceand communication skills, capable of engaging with highSolid understanding ofrestaurant operation including FOH and BOH
6.对酒吧运营有深刻认知,包括酒水盘点,饮品制作及成本控制
Solid understanding of baroperations, including inventory management, drink menu creation, and costcontrol.
7.熟悉本地市场和文化,有能力在保持Armani标准的同时根据本地特色提供个性化服务
Familiarity with the localmarket and culture, with the ability to tailor service to local preferenceswhile maintaining Armani standards.
8.具有较强的预算管理和分析财务报告的能力
Financial acumen with theability to manage bar budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports.
9.能够在高强度压力下工作并接受具有挑战性的能力
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations withcalmness and professionalism.
10.对意大利葡萄酒,烈酒及鸡尾酒文化和传统有深刻的了解
Strong knowledge of Italianwines, spirits, and cocktails, with a commitment to quality and presentation.

High attention to detailand the ability to uphold the luxury standards of the Armani brand.
12.良好的办公软件使用技能(Office)Good computer skills,including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
