Job Overview 职位概述
Complete responsibility for the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in the hotel. To ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local health authorities.

Manage and guide all aspects of the hotel's secretarial work, ensure that the administrative office maintains the image standards of the group, and guarantee that all work related to administrative management is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
Provide efficient and comprehensive secretarial services for administrative staff to meet the needs of guests.
管理和指导酒店文秘工作的方方面面，使行政办公室保持集团的形象标准，并保证用保密和专业的态度处理所有与行政管理相关的工作。

Required Skills 技能要求 
Full knowledge of local hygiene laws and rules.
Detailed knowledge about HACCP and FSMS.
Proficient in office software.
Good communication and writing skills.

Qualifications 资历
Minimum 2 years work experience as Hygiene staff
Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills
Graduated from a college with an associate degree in food inspection or hotel management
最少两年担任卫生检疫工作经验
良好的实际经营和充足的行政管理技能
食品检验专业或酒店管理专业大学专科毕业

Experience 工作经验
2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
