The primary responsibility of the Doorman / Bellman is to assisting the guests with their arrival and departure experience; making necessary deliveries to and pick- ups from guest rooms, transporting hotel packages, faxes, envelopes and parcels. To ensure a superior guest experience and adherence to hotel service standards. 
门童/行李员的主要职责是协助客人到达和离开酒店；为客人提供必要的送件和取件，运送酒店包裹、传真、信封和包裹。确保卓越的客人体验并遵守酒店的服务标准。

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
