【岗位职责】
1、制定工程部的组织机构和管理运行模式，使其操作快捷合理。
2、总结归纳运行和维修、制定和审定设备设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划、
3、负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪，控制水、电、油、等的消耗并严格控制维修费用。
4、根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划和运行维修费用预算。
5、负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。
6、审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。
Job Responsibilities:
Establish the organizational structure and operational management model of the Engineering Department to ensure efficient and rational operations.
Summarize operational and maintenance experiences, formulate and review preventive maintenance plans for equipment, facilities, and building decorations.
Oversee cost-effective operations within the Engineering Department, monitor and control the consumption of water, electricity, fuel, etc., and strictly manage maintenance expenses.
Develop energy-saving operational plans and maintenance budgets based on business conditions, climate factors, and market energy prices.
Coordinate relationships with municipal engineering departments and other relevant external entities to maintain a favorable operating environment for the hotel.
Review employee training programs and conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills, service awareness, and overall competency.
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位国际品牌工作经验。同时具有一定外语水平。
2、必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。
3、能充分领会总经理的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years in a similar role at an international brand. Foreign language proficiency required.
Solid knowledge of electromechanical engineering design principles; familiarity with the operation and maintenance of electronic communication equipment, computers, HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, elevators, etc.; understanding of policies and regulations related to infrastructure, environmental protection, occupational health, and safety.
Ability to fully understand the General Manager’s business objectives, effectively handle relationships between superiors, subordinates, and departments, and organize and direct the implementation of various Engineering Department plans to ensure smooth operations.
