MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The Public Relations& Marketing Director will play a key role in coordinating and implementingall public relations, marketing and communication strategies for the resort.
公共及市场经理将在协调和实施度假村的所有公共关系、营销和传播策略方面发挥关键作用。
 
Oversee the     development and implementation of the resort’s public relations and marketing-related     activities to communicate promotions to all relevant target markets.
监督度假村公共关系和营销相关活动的制定和实施，以便向所有相关目标市场传达促销信息。
 
Actively develop     strategic media relations for comprehensive coverage of marketing     initiatives and events of the resort.
积极发展战略媒体关系，全面报道度假村的营销活动和活动。
 
Identify and     develop integrated PR and social media property experience programs which     capitalise on unique and newsworthy stories and leverage opportunities as     they arise.
确定并开发综合公关和社交媒体地产体验计划，利用独特且有新闻价值的故事，并在出现机会时加以利用。
 
Liaise with the     Regional and Headquarters’ Sales & Marketing Team to implement     strategies for the resort.
与区域和总部的销售和营销团队联络，实施度假村战略。
 
Generate creative     content for the website and various PR-related pitching needs.
为网站和各种与公关相关的推介需求生成创意内容。
 
Prepare and develop     annual PR & Marketing plans and specific promotional, advertising and     public relations activities for the resort.
为度假村准备和制定年度公关和营销计划以及具体的促销、广告和公共关系活动。
 
Promote and enhance     the image of the resort through the company’s website, brochures,     advertising campaigns, events and social media platforms such as     Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
通过公司网站、宣传册、广告活动、活动以及照片墙、脸书、推特和领英等社交媒体平台宣传和提升度假村的形象。
 
Provide feedback to     the Management with respect to the resort’s Public Relations performance     through reliable reports.
通过可靠的报告向管理层提供有关度假村公共关系绩效的反馈。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景资格
 
Tertiary education     at Degree Level in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or Tourism     from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
来自认可机构的营销、公共关系、传播或旅游学位水平的高等教育或同等资格。
PRIOR WORKINGEXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
 
A minimum of 5     years of working experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing in the     hospitality industry or other relevant industries at managerial level.
至少5年酒店业或其他相关行业管理级别的公共关系和/或营销工作经验。
 
International     working experience with well-known hospitality brands.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验。
 
Extensive prior     working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
拥有与高端旅行社的丰富工作经验。
Pre-opening resort experience is a plus.
具有度假村筹备开业经历是加分项。

安吉乐那度假村位于浙江省安吉县报福镇乐那石谷国际石头艺术村内，拥有依山傍水、四面环山的优美环境，是户外运动天堂的黄浦江源度假区的重要组成部分。安吉是联合国最佳人居奖获得者，是“青山绿水就是就是金山银山”理念的发源地，被人称之为三净之地：气净、水净、土净，素以连绵的竹林竹海和珍贵的白茶而闻名。这里交通方便，与高铁站和机场便捷互通，距离上海仅二个多小时车程。该项目占地约400,000平方米，由南非终身建筑成就奖得主、英国皇家建筑院院士Rich Peter皮特先生和创始人金卫平共同设计，设计灵感源自西班牙的高迪公园，是2018年威尼斯双年展作品。项目秉承万物共生的，回归本心的理念，耗时十年多的时光，用了六万多吨的石头和废弃的木材建造而成，是当今石头建筑艺术和低碳建筑的传承之作。园区内除了有“青山映绿水、枫叶若丹霞”的大美，更有可以媲美西班牙高迪公园的石头建筑。度假酒店的108间客房就大隐于此。无论是石头别墅，还是公寓客房都具有独特的风格和艺术的品味。酒店还设有被称之为“蓝眼睛”的室外游泳池、灵活的会议空间、主题特色餐厅。广阔的户外空间为独特而有意义的当地体验提供了完美的条件，将宾客的心与自然紧紧的牵在了一起，把身心的自在留给了这片世的外桃源，去邂逅都市人渴望的悠闲。
