MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
The Stewarding and Hygiene Manager willbe responsible for the overall food safety and hygiene standards throughout thehotel. The incumbent is responsible for the efficient operation of all food andbeverage sanitation, to include Kitchen food preparation areas including staffcanteen, dry and wet garbage rooms and the cleanliness of the loading bay.
管事及卫生经理将负责整个酒店的食品安全和卫生标准。任职者负责所有餐饮有关部门的清洁及消毒工作，包括所有厨房的食品准备区域， 干湿垃圾房及收货平台。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
•      Qualification above technical secondary school
中专以上学历
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
•      Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验。
•      At least 3 years working experience as hotel Stewarding and HygieneManager
至少3年酒店管事及卫生经理工作经验。
•      Exposure to industry, which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
•      Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstratedleadership.
餐饮管理经验和优良的领导力。
•      Self-starter with hands-on approach. Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

•      Able to work independently and in a team environment.

•      Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene standards.

•      Proven record to use formal and informal structure and culture toachieve the organization objectives.

•      Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
优秀的人际关系及影响力。
•      A clean criminal record is a-must.
必须能提供无犯罪记录证明。

安吉乐那度假村位于浙江省安吉县报福镇乐那石谷国际石头艺术村内，拥有依山傍水、四面环山的优美环境，是户外运动天堂的黄浦江源度假区的重要组成部分。安吉是联合国最佳人居奖获得者，是“青山绿水就是就是金山银山”理念的发源地，被人称之为三净之地：气净、水净、土净，素以连绵的竹林竹海和珍贵的白茶而闻名。这里交通方便，与高铁站和机场便捷互通，距离上海仅二个多小时车程。该项目占地约400,000平方米，由南非终身建筑成就奖得主、英国皇家建筑院院士Rich Peter皮特先生和创始人金卫平共同设计，设计灵感源自西班牙的高迪公园，是2018年威尼斯双年展作品。项目秉承万物共生的，回归本心的理念，耗时十年多的时光，用了六万多吨的石头和废弃的木材建造而成，是当今石头建筑艺术和低碳建筑的传承之作。园区内除了有“青山映绿水、枫叶若丹霞”的大美，更有可以媲美西班牙高迪公园的石头建筑。度假酒店的108间客房就大隐于此。无论是石头别墅，还是公寓客房都具有独特的风格和艺术的品味。酒店还设有被称之为“蓝眼睛”的室外游泳池、灵活的会议空间、主题特色餐厅。广阔的户外空间为独特而有意义的当地体验提供了完美的条件，将宾客的心与自然紧紧的牵在了一起，把身心的自在留给了这片世的外桃源，去邂逅都市人渴望的悠闲。
