岗位职责
1. 遵守酒店和本部各项规章制度，操作技术规程；
2. 按时到达工作岗位，禁止擅自离岗和串岗，服从上级的调度和工作安排；
3. 负责本部门工作范围内的设备运行操作、维护保养，执行酒店有关经济运作规定；
4. 努力学习，熟悉和掌握本班所管辖设备的各项技术性能和参数以及维护、保养、巡视的内容；
5. 接到工作单后能及时、迅速、保证质量、不留问题完成工作任务，并将维修结果回复；
6. 除了本部门管辖设备的日常维护工作，有时完成上级临时下达的工作任务；
7. 发掘个人的主观能动性，积极开动脑筋，大胆提出合理化建议，为酒店多作贡献；
8. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1. 初中以上学历，有相关工作经验有限；
2. 具备强弱电、空调、给排水等方面的知识；
3. 熟悉酒店工程设备维护和保养。
