【岗位职责】
1、掌握房态，每天定时编发房态表，并通知客房楼层。
2、做好信息收集和资料积累工作，准确回答宾客问询。
3、负责客房所有钥匙的管理和收发工作。
4、负责捡拾物品和遗留物品的登记、存放和处理。
5、负责整个酒店鲜花的预订和鲜花质量把关工作。
6、负责部门考勤和餐卡统计工作，领发员工工资、奖金、补贴。
7、负责每日楼层人员的统筹安排及休班。
8、负责对讲机、值台电话的管理。
【岗位要求】
1、有相关工作经验者优先。
2、身体健康，五官端正，无不良嗜好。
3、能熟练操作日常办公软件，有一定的文字处理及沟通协调能力。
4、有一定的英语基础，能够基础的查阅翻译软件进行文字的沟通和回复。
