【岗位职责】
1、在日常工作上，协助市场传讯经理/总监，保证部门内所有任务按照标准准时完成。
2、完成分配的任务，与酒店的目标和营业方向一致，以争取最佳的效果。
3、保持与各相关部门和酒店总部的良好沟通合作。
【岗位要求】
1、在日常工作上，为市场传媒经理提供协助支持。
2、在市场传媒经理需要的时候，协助酒店市场方面的工作。
4、监督，指导和支持性地与美工紧密合作。
5、根据公关活动情况，与媒体保持联络并负责发表信息。
6、维护酒店形象。
7、保留酒店宣传资料，包括酒店照片资料及幻灯资料。
8、参加部门会议。
9、参加酒店促销活动。
11、协助市场传讯总监，确保在所有酒店举行的活动中最大限度的宣传本酒店。
12、必要时主动组织文本材料。
13、符合酒店标准，政策及程序。
14、协助市场传讯经理撰写酒店宣传文案。
15、管理酒店展现材料并确认其符合标准和政策。
16、完成上级交代的其他任务。
17、遵守酒店酒店的员工守则。
18、遵守酒店酒店的程序及政策
