【岗位职责】
根据总机服务流程和标准，接听/转接电话，确保工作高效准确。
负责总机的日常组织工作。
确认所有的叫早电话已经记录，并且已经落实。
管理对客留言和传呼服务,确保留言转接服务设施的有效运转。
对内部工作程序,员工考勤，班次的运转以及组织和内部管理。
熟悉酒店的所有分机号码。
健全各种问讯资料。
【岗位要求】
具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，普通话及英语流利。
能够熟练操作酒店电话系统及相关办公软件。
具备较强的团队管理能力和问题解决能力。
有酒店总机或前台工作经验者优先考虑。
语言能力：英语-良好年龄要求：22-35岁
