1. Responsible for Golden Circle and VIP guests.

2. Assist guests to ensure that they receive care during their stay.

3. Coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs.

4. Assist Front Desk during heavy check-in, check-out and full house.

5. Ensure that Guest Relations team provides a courteous and professional service in a proper manner at all times.

1. experience in Guest Relations of International class hotel.

2. Be familiar with FD service steps and the Opera system.
