宾客关系管理
- 负责建立和维护良好的宾客关系，积极与客人沟通交流，了解客人需求和意见，及时解决客人问题和投诉，提高客人满意度。
- 制定宾客服务标准和流程，监督员工执行情况，确保服务质量始终保持在高水平。
团队管理
- 管理前厅部宾客服务团队，包括招聘、培训、考核和激励员工，提高团队整体素质和服务水平。
- 合理安排员工工作岗位和排班，确保宾客服务工作高效、有序进行。
服务协调
- 与酒店其他部门密切合作，协调解决客人在酒店内遇到的各种问题，确保客人在酒店的体验顺畅愉快。
- 及时将客人需求和意见反馈给相关部门，推动酒店服务不断改进和提升。
数据分析与报告
- 收集和分析宾客服务数据，如客人满意度、投诉率等，制定相应的改进措施和策略。
- 定期向上级领导汇报宾客服务工作情况，提供有价值的建议和决策支持。
岗位要求：
2、大专或以上学历，具备酒店管理相关的工作经验，熟悉前厅部运营流程。
3、优秀的沟通与协调能力，能够高效处理宾客及员工关系；具备较强的服务意识和问题解决能力，能灵活应对各种突发情况。
4、熟练使用opera酒店管理系统及办公软件。
5、工作细致耐心，责任心强，能适应轮班工作制。
