一、客户开发与维护 - 负责开发新的公司客户，通过电话、邮件、拜访等方式与潜在客户建立联系，介绍酒店产品和服务。例如，针对目标企业进行针对性的销售拜访，展示酒店的会议设施和住宿条件。 - 维护现有公司客户关系，定期回访，了解客户需求变化，及时解决客户问题，提高客户满意度和忠诚度。如在客户公司重要活动时送上祝福和小礼品。
二、销售业务推进 - 与客户进行商务谈判，协商合作条款，包括房价、会议室租用价格、餐饮安排等，争取达成合作意向。例如，根据客户的预算和需求，为其定制个性化的会议套餐。 - 跟进客户订单，与酒店各部门协调，确保客户的预订得到准确落实，服务符合客户要求。如在客户会议期间，与餐饮部沟通确保餐饮服务的质量和时间安排。
三、市场信息收集与反馈 - 收集市场信息，了解竞争对手动态和行业趋势，为酒店销售策略调整提供参考。比如关注同地区其他五星级酒店的促销活动和价格变化。 - 及时向销售总监反馈客户需求和市场变化，提出合理化建议，改进酒店产品和服务。例如，根据客户反馈建议酒店增加某种特色餐饮服务。
四、销售业绩达成 - 制定个人销售计划和目标，努力完成销售任务，为酒店销售业绩做出贡献。如每月制定一定数量的新客户开发目标和销售额目标。 - 定期汇报销售工作进展和业绩情况，接受上级领导的监督和指导。例如每周提交销售工作报告，总结本周工作成果和问题。
