【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房及公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，确保环境整洁舒适；
2、按标准流程更换床单、毛巾等布草，补充客房用品（如洗漱用品、茶包等）；
3、检查客房设施设备（如灯光、空调、电视等）是否正常，及时报修故障；
4、协助处理客人临时需求，如加送物品、清洁服务等，确保响应及时；
5、遵守酒店安全与卫生规范，正确使用清洁工具及化学药剂；
6、配合前台、工程等部门完成客房状态更新与协同工作。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，能适应站立工作及体力劳动；
2、具备服务意识，态度友善，耐心细致；
3、无经验可培训，有酒店客房服务经验者优先；
4、能适应排班制（含早晚班），服从工作安排；
5、基本普通话沟通能力，无语言交流障碍。
