职位描述：
1. 负责酒店MICE业务（会议、奖励旅游、大型企业活动及展览）的市场开发与客户维护2. 制定年度MICE销售策略，完成团队制定的业绩指标
3. 开发维护企业客户、行业协会、公关公司等B端渠道资源
4. 统筹客户需求，协调宴会、客房、餐饮等部门定制MICE方案
5. 跟踪行业动态，参与竞标大型会展活动项目
6. 建立客户档案并定期分析销售数据
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先
2. 3年以上高星级酒店MICE销售经验，有成功案例者优先
3. 熟悉MICE市场运作流程
4. 出色的商务谈判能力（需提供过往业绩证明）
5. 能承受业绩压力薪资：底薪8K-10K＋绩效
