【岗位职责】
负责厨房上什岗位的全面工作，包括但不限于煲制例汤、熬制高汤、制作炖品。
负责干货食材的浸发和保管（如鲍鱼、海参、鱼翅、花胶、香菇等），准确记录并控制起货成率，降低成本。
精通蒸、炖、煲等烹饪技法，熟练制作各类蒸菜、煲仔菜、焖菜等（可根据餐厅菜单补充具体菜品）。
负责每日汤羹、炖品的预估和准备工作，保证餐中高效、稳定出品。
严格执行食品安全和卫生标准，负责工作区域、设备及用具的清洁与维护。
协助厨师长进行原材料的验收、储存管理和成本控制。
【任职要求】
学历经验：初中及以上学历，具备X年以上上什岗位工作经验（如：3年以上社会餐饮/星级酒店经验）。该岗位为月休4天，介意者慎投
专业技能：
必须精通干货发制技术，熟悉各种海味的特性及发制流程，能独立处理干货食材。
精通老火靓汤、滋补炖汤及各色蒸品的制作原理，能保证出品质量稳定。
（如果是粤菜馆可加上）熟悉粤菜上什操作原理和标准。
个人素质：吃苦耐劳，责任心强，注重细节，拥有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。能适应餐饮行业快节奏、高强度的工作环境。
（加分项）有高星级酒店或知名连锁餐饮企业工作经验者优先。
