主要职责：
运营与管理：全面负责饼房的日常运营，包括人员排班、工作分配、现场督导，确保出品效率、质量和标准。
生产与成本：制定并执行生产计划，控制原材料成本，优化库存管理，减少浪费。
产品与创新：研发新品及季节性产品，定期更新菜单，满足客户需求。
安全与卫生：监督并严格执行食品安全及卫生标准（如HACCP），确保操作符合规范，定期检查设备维护情况。
团队与培训：培训、指导并激励饼房员工，提升团队专业技能与服务意识，营造积极的工作环境。
沟通与协作：协调与餐饮部、采购部等其他部门的沟通协作，确保宴会、客房等需求得到及时响应。
任职要求：
具备扎实的西点烘焙专业技能，熟悉各类甜品、面包、蛋糕的制作工艺及装饰技巧。
拥有至少 2年 饼房或相关领域工作经验，具备 1年 以上团队管理或主管经验者优先。
深刻理解食品安全法规及厨房卫生管理流程，持有相关证书（如健康证）者优先。
具备较强的创新意识和研发能力，能根据市场趋势开发新产品。
具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力和解决问题的能力，责任心强。
能适应弹性工作时间，包括节假日及高峰时段加班。
学历专业：食品科学、烹饪艺术或相关专业优先。
语言能力：基本的英语沟通能力者优先考虑。
