一、工作职责
日常运营管理：全面负责宴会厅的日常运营，包括活动前的准备、现场执行及后续收尾工作，确保服务流程顺畅高效。
活动统筹与执行：协调各类宴会、会议、酒会的筹备与执行，包括场地布置、设备调试、流程把控及与厨房等其他部门的沟通协作。
团队管理与培训：督导宴会服务团队，分配工作任务，定期培训员工，提升团队的专业技能、服务意识和凝聚力。
客户服务与沟通：作为客户的主要对接人，深入理解客户需求，制定个性化服务方案，处理客户投诉及现场突发状况，提升客户满意度。
物资与设备管理：监督宴会厅的物资管理，包括餐具、布草、设备的使用维护和库存盘点，确保各项物资充足且符合标准。
销售与协作支持：配合销售部门进行场地介绍、宴会档期安排和营收目标的达成，协助完成宴会销售相关事宜。
质量控制与改进：检查服务质量、食品出品、环境卫生，定期分析运营数据，提出改进建议，优化服务流程。
二、任职要求
学历与经验：
高中、中专或以上学历。
具备2年以上宴会服务或餐饮管理相关工作经验，有星级酒店或大型宴会厅工作经验者优先。
专业知识与技能：
熟悉宴会服务流程和标准（中西式宴会规范），具备较强的餐饮服务技能。
具备良好的组织协调能力和团队管理能力，能有效调动员工积极性。
出色的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能妥善处理客户投诉和突发事件。
熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel）者优先。
个人素质：
工作细致认真，有高度的责任感和服务意识。
抗压能力强，能适应高强度工作节奏和弹性工作时间（包括周末、节假日及晚间工作）。
形象气质佳，年龄一般在25-35岁之间
