主要职责：
通过电话、电子邮件、酒店官网及分销渠道，高效、准确地处理客房预订、变更及取消请求。
主动识别客人需求，积极销售酒店的特色房型、促销套餐及升级服务，每一次销售机会。
熟练操作酒店预订管理系统（OC）及相关软件，确保所有预订数据准确无误。
为客人提供关于房价、设施、服务政策及酒店周边信息的专业咨询，确保卓越的客户体验。
与前台、销售及市场部门紧密协作，确保客人需求被无缝对接与落实。
完成日常预订相关报表，并妥善管理预订记录与文件。
任职要求：
必备条件：
大专以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
出色的中文沟通能力，口齿清晰，具备亲和力。
基本的英语交流能力。
熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word, Excel, Outlook）。
具备强烈的客户服务意识、销售敏锐度和出色的倾听能力。
注重细节，工作严谨，具备处理多任务的能力。
