【岗位职责】
- Proficient in performing administrative tasks and generating related reports to ensure
accuracy and efficiency.具备出色的行政文书与报告能力，能确保信息准确、流程顺畅。
- Support the Event Manager by managing the daily operations of the event and reservations team, to guarantee the efficient and accurate handling of all events and accommodation booking
requests.协助会议经理负责会议与预订团队的日常管理，确保所有会议活动和住宿预订的高效和准确处理。
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding meeting and event bookings for groups of 50 participants or more, managing requests from initial inquiry to final confirmation while ensuring strict adherence to their guidelines.
担任客户大型会议及活动（50人以上）预订的主要联络人，管理从初步咨询至最终确认的各项请求，确保各项安排均严格遵循HSBC既定准则。
- Control and adjust room status according to reservation situation, assist Event Manager to ensure accurate availability for both guest rooms and meeting venues.
根据预定情况，协助会议经理控制和调整房态，确保客房及会议场地的房态准确，及时反映预定需求。- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping) to ensure that all
preparations, including room setups, catering arrangements, guest accommodations, and additional services, are completed ahead of time and meet the event specifications.
与相关部门（如餐饮部、前厅部、客房部等）密切协调，确保所有准备工作（如场地布置、餐饮安排、宾客住宿及其他配套服务）提前完成，且符合活动要求。- Monitor guest feedback during events and support the Event Manager by keeping records of
event details, client preferences, and any special requests, ensuring quick responses to any issues.
在活动期间监控宾客反馈，支持会议经理保持活动细节、客户偏好和特殊需求的记录，确保快速响应任何问题。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2、至少有3年相关行业经验，具备深入了解市场及客户服务标准的能力。
3、有使用预订和活动管理系统的经验，具备深入理解活动细节流程、客户需求和跨部门协调的能力。
4、精通英语书写和口语的能力，能与外籍客人进行有效交流。
5、精通 MS 软件，如Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint及其他核心办公软件的应用。
6、熟练运用数据进行有效分析、制作专业报告并清晰呈现见解。
7、具备较强的组织与协调能力，能够有效管理多项任务并进行合理优先排序
8、具备卓越的服务导向思维，注重维持高标准的客户服务和客户满意度。
9、具有相关领域的高等学历，如酒店管理、商务或相关学科。
