【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店客房部的日常运营与管理，确保客房清洁、布草及公共区域卫生达到品牌标准。
2、制定并执行客房服务流程、清洁计划及质量标准，监督团队高效完成每日工作。
3、管理客房部员工排班、培训及绩效评估，提升团队服务水平与工作效率。
4、控制客房部门成本，包括布草、清洁用品及设备损耗，优化资源使用。
5、协调与前台、工程、餐饮等部门的合作，确保宾客入住体验顺畅。
6、处理宾客关于客房服务的投诉与特殊需求，维护高客户满意度。
7、定期检查客房设施设备状况，及时报修并跟踪整改。
8、配合酒店安全及卫生检查，确保符合行业规范与法规。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店客房管理或相关领域经验者优先。
2、熟悉客房服务流程、清洁标准及布草管理，了解酒店运营基本知识。
3、具备良好的领导力与团队管理能力，能有效激励和指导员工。
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，能跨部门合作解决问题。
5、注重细节，有较强的质量意识和服务意识。
6、能适应酒店行业灵活工作时间，包括周末及节假日。
7、诚信正直，工作认真负责，具备抗压能力。
