【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内外安全巡查，及时发现并处理安全隐患，确保酒店财产及客人安全；
2、监控酒店各区域的安全状况，通过监控设备及现场巡逻，预防和制止各类安全事故；
3、协助处理突发事件，如火灾、盗窃、纠纷等，并按照应急预案采取相应措施；
4、维护酒店出入口秩序，对进出人员及车辆进行登记、检查，确保符合安全管理规定；
5、配合相关部门完成大型活动或重要接待的安保工作，确保活动顺利进行；
6、定期检查消防设备、安全设施，确保其处于正常可用状态；
7、完成上级交办的其他安保相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、身体健康，无不良嗜好，能适应倒班工作制；
2、具备较强的责任心和警觉性，能够及时发现并应对安全隐患；
3、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能妥善处理突发事件；
4、服从管理，遵守酒店规章制度及安保工作流程；
5、有相关安保工作经验或退伍军人优先考虑；
6、无犯罪记录，品行端正，具备良好的职业道德；
7、需有中级消控员操作证。
