前厅实习生
【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店前厅部的日常接待工作，包括为客人办理入住、退房手续及提供问询服务；
2、协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，确保客人满意度；
3、维护前厅区域的环境整洁与秩序，确保服务流程高效顺畅；
4、熟悉酒店产品及服务，为客人推荐合适的客房类型及增值服务；
5、协助管理客房状态，与客房部保持良好沟通，确保房态信息准确；
6、熟练操作酒店管理系统，确保数据录入准确无误；
7、参与前厅部的班次轮换，包括早班、中班及晚班工作安排。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力，能够热情、耐心地对待每一位客人；
2、学习能力强，能够快速掌握酒店前台操作流程及相关系统；
3、具备团队合作精神，能够与各部门同事高效协作；
4、具备一定的抗压能力，适应快节奏的工作环境；
5、普通话流利，具备基本英语沟通能力者优先；
6、形象端正，举止得体，符合酒店行业服务标准；
7、愿意接受轮班工作制，包括周末及节假日排班。
