岗位职责：
1. 根据每周菜单计划，准时、保质、保量地完成员工正餐、宵夜的烹饪工作。精通大锅菜烹饪技巧，确保口味稳定、菜肴可口。负责食材的初步加工、切配、腌制等准备工作。在保证基本伙食的基础上，偶尔协助开发新菜式，丰富菜品多样性。
· Complete the cooking of staff main meals and night snacks on time, with quality and quantity, according to the weekly menu plan. Proficient in bulk cooking techniques to ensure stable flavor and tasty dishes. Responsible for preliminary processing, cutting, marinating, and other preparatory work of ingredients. While ensuring basic meals, occasionally assist in developing new dishes to enrich menu variety.
2. 严格遵守《食品安全法》及酒店卫生标准，执行“生熟分开”、“烧熟煮透”等操作规范。负责本人工作区域及设备的清洁、消毒与维护，确保符合卫生检查要求。正确执行食品储存标准，做好先进先出，防止食材交叉污染与浪费。
· Strictly adhere to the Food Safety Law and hotel hygiene standards, implement operational norms such as "separating raw and cooked food" and "thorough cooking." Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining one's own work area and equipment to meet hygiene inspection requirements. Correctly implement food storage standards, follow FIFO, and prevent cross-contamination and waste of ingredients.
3. 协助进行每日食材的收货检查，确保数量与质量。有效管理食材使用，积极参与成本控制，减少不必要的损耗。遵守厨房安全操作规程，正确使用和维护设备，预防安全事故。协助完成厨房日常盘点工作。
· Assist in daily receiving inspections of ingredients to ensure quantity and quality. Effectively manage ingredient usage, actively participate in cost control, and reduce unnecessary loss. Comply with kitchen safety operating procedures, correctly use and maintain equipment to prevent safety incidents. Assist in completing daily kitchen inventory counts.
4. 与其他厨师及服务员紧密合作，确保供餐流程顺畅高效。保持积极的工作态度，营造良好的团队工作氛围。服从主管的工作安排，并能适应倒班。
· Work closely with other cooks and servers to ensure a smooth and efficient meal service process. Maintain a positive work attitude and foster a good team work atmosphere. Follow the supervisor's work assignments and be able to adapt to shift work.
任职要求：
1. 初中或以上学历。持有有效的健康证明和厨师职业资格证书（初级或以上）者优先。
· Junior high school education or above. Preference given to those holding a valid health certificate and Chef Professional Qualification Certificate (entry-level or above).
2. 具有1年以上集体食堂、餐厅或酒店厨房相关工作经验。熟悉大锅菜制作流程。
· Over 1 year of relevant work experience in collective canteens, restaurants, or hotel kitchens. Familiar with bulk cooking processes.
3. 掌握基本的烹饪技法，能独立完成常见中式菜肴的烹制。
· Master basic cooking techniques, able to independently complete the cooking of common Chinese dishes.
4. 了解食品安全与厨房卫生知识。
· Understand food safety and kitchen hygiene knowledge.
5. 具备基本的成本控制意识。
· Possess basic cost control awareness.
6. 身体健康，能适应厨房高温环境及长时间站立工作，能搬运适度重物。
· Healthy, able to adapt to high-temperature kitchen environments and prolonged standing work, able to lift moderately heavy objects.
