岗位职责
1.全面负责蒙发广场全区域多业态（酒店、大健康、物业公司）的安保工作，统筹蒙发广场外部公共区域、停车场等业态安全管理；制定部门安保制度、巡逻标准及应急预案，保障整体运营安全秩序。
2.负责日常安保巡查、定点值守、车流人流管控，重点排查高峰期治安隐患、人员拥挤、区域死角安全问题；监督监控室值守、消防设施、安防设备运行状态，确保设备完好有效。
3.维护酒店、大健康营业期间治安秩序、车辆停放秩序，管控外来人员及可疑人员进出；负责突发事件、纠纷冲突、财物丢失、客伤事故的现场处置与维稳工作，杜绝安全事故扩大化。
4.落实全区域消防安全管理制度，定期开展消防巡检、隐患排查、消防器材点检；组织员工消防培训、演练，普及消防安全知识，确保符合消防验收及星级质检标准。
5.负责保安班组排班、日常考勤、实操培训及绩效考核；规范填写安保值班记录、巡检台账、事件报告，做好交接班衔接，跟进隐患整改闭环，完成上级交办专项安保工作。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，3年以上高星级酒店安保工作经验，2年以上保安主管管理经验；
2.熟悉酒店治安、消防管理规范及星级安全标准，掌握监控系统操作、消防设施使用、应急救援及现场维稳处置技能；
3.具备敏锐的安全隐患预判能力，擅长高峰期人流、车场等区域现场秩序管控，可独立处理各类治安及突发安全事件；
4.原则性强、执行力高，具备良好的沟通协调、团队管理及应急处置能力，能适应倒班、夜班及节假日值守；
5.品行端正、作风严谨、无不良记录，责任心与安全意识极强，吃苦耐劳，具备良好的职业操守和团队协作意识。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-45岁
