【岗位职责】
1、负责西餐冷菜间的日常运营管理，确保菜品质量与出品标准
2、制定冷菜菜单，研发新菜品并控制成本
3、监督食材验收、储存及加工流程，确保食品安全
4、培训并指导下属厨师，提升团队专业技能
5、维护厨房设备，落实卫生清洁标准
【岗位要求】
1、具备西餐冷菜制作经验，熟悉各类冷盘、沙拉、酱汁制作工艺
2、能独立设计冷菜菜单，掌握食材搭配与成本核算
3、了解食品安全及厨房管理标准
4、具备团队管理能力，责任心强，能适应高强度工作
5、持有相关职业资格证者优先
