1.     Take and serve guest orders promptly and according to service manual in Executive lounge.
遵照服务手册为行政楼层的客人提供他们所需要的服务。
2.     Do all necessary set-up work as assigned.
完成所有指派好的必须完成的准备工作。
3.     Answer any guest questions about the menu.
回答客人提出的有关于菜单的问题。
4.     Answer phone calls according to standard by using proper telephone etiquette and within three rings. 
遵循万豪标准，使用电话礼仪在电话铃响三声之内接起。
5.     Assist to ensure executive lounge/floor area is under smooth operation, including buffet set up, meeting room, business center, guest booking and special guest requests. 
帮助确保行政楼层区域顺利营运，包括自助餐的摆放，行政楼层会议室，商务中心，客人预订及客人特殊需求。
6.     Have knowledge of local areas and be informed at all times about cultural, historical attractions as well as their locations and hours of operation. 
任何时候都要见多识广的了解本地文化特色，历史及当地有吸引力的地点及营业时间。
7.     Familiar with hotel facilities and outlet operation hours. Provide guest with assistance whenever possible. 
了解酒店设施及各部门营业时间，任何时间可以为需要帮助的客人提供服务。
8.     Have basic knowledge about menu each day; able to serve wine and cocktails. 
对菜单有基本了解，可以为客人服务红酒及鸡尾酒。
9.     Check food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
在将食品提供给客人之前，检查它的外观，温度及数量确保准确无误。
10.   Ensure Executive lounge area is clean and tidy at all time. 
确保行政酒廊区域在任何时候都干净整洁。
11.   Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.
任何员工要求可以在能力范围之内完成酒店管理层的合理要求。
12.   Could help and train the waitress for their easier job when finding the mistake.
可以帮助培训员工以使她们能更轻松的工作，并且可以发现工作中的问题。
13.   Know check-in and check-out procedures well.

14.   Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
随时提供有礼貌的和专业的服务。
15.   Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
确保制服、名牌和个人外表干净、卫生、专业，并符合酒店的政策和程序。
16.   Follow company, hotel and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.
遵守集团、酒店和部门的安全和安保政策和程序，以确保环境清洁、安全。
