【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店餐厅厨房的日常运营管理，确保菜品出品质量稳定、口味等符合标准；
2、根据季节和市场变化，定期更新菜单并研发新菜品；
3、控制厨房成本，合理规划食材采购与库存管理；
4、监督食品卫生安全，严格执行厨房5S管理标准；
5、确保所有的机器设备及器具的清洁，以保障稳健运营；
6、培训并指导厨房团队成员，提升整体烹饪水平；
7、协调与其他部门的合作，确保餐饮服务高效运转。
【岗位要求】
1、高中及以上学历，持有厨师职业资格证书，熟悉中西餐烹饪技法，能独立完成各类菜品制作；
2、5年以上星级或品牌酒店厨房工作经历，1年以上同岗位管理经验，万豪品牌背景者优先考虑；
3、具备良好的成本控制意识和食品安全意识；
4、有优秀的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，手脚麻利，工作细致，责任心强；
5、能适应早晚班工作安排，具备领导格局。
